About the Mountain

The 3km Willunga Hill climb is located in South Australia not too far from Adelaide. The Willunga Hill climb has been used for several years now as the summit finish of the Tour Down Under's Queen Stage.

The Tasmanian born pro BMC team rider, Richie Porte, has won on Willunga 5 times in the past including winning in the 2018 race. Another explosive and impressive attack on the climb gave hime the stage victory again.
