About the Designs
The 2019 Tour of Switzerland jerseys have a few slight differences from the 2018 editions. The colours of the classification jerseys remain yellow and black but the blue jersey introduces a white torso. The yellow jersey stays, for the most part, the same as the 2018 edition but for 2019 the sleeves are a darker shade of yellow compared to the yellow colour on the torso. The black jersey utilises grey sleeves to augment the black torso while the sponsors remain on the collar, sleeves, front and back of the jersey.
The final classification jersey, the best young rider, has a white torso section but the sleeves are light blue. The back pocket also remains blue. The Tour of Switzerland logo remains on the back pocket rendered in yellow, black and darker blue.
Once again, Santini have produced two commerative jerseys. The Helvetica jersey has geometric shapes on a red based jersey. The right sleeve has a large Switzerland cross while the left sleeve has the Tour of Switzerland logo. The Tremola jersey is blue with the Switzerland cross and Tour of Switzerland logo on the right and left sleeves respectively. On the rear of the jersey the name of the climb is just below the collar. The back pocket features an image of the the climb's road and hairpins rendered in lighter blue.
