About the design

For the 2021 season, the tenth anniversary of the team at the World Tour level, the Mitchelton Scott team became Team Bike Exchange. With a new name, new primary sponsor and new bike sponsor, Bianchi, comes a new design and colour palette. Gone is the black and lime, replaced with white, black, bianchi celeste in two shades and red courtesy of primary sponsor bike exchange.

The jersey consists of a white torso with black shoulders, sleeves and back pocket with Bianchi celeste touches on the sleeve ends, leg end and bottom front of the jersey. The bike exchange logo rendered in red on the chest, shoulders and back pocket and is also used in a black variant that is used in a repeating pattern that fades out from bottom towards the top of the front of the jersey. The sponsors names are rendered in black on white or vice versa depending on the location on the kit. The red of the bike exchange logo really pops against the other colours in the colour palette.

The Bianchi bikes use the Bianchi celeste colouring in a light and darker shade in diagonals that also make way for black diagonal portions. A special Australian champion green and gold kit utilises the white base but instead uses yellow shoulders with a green and gold stripes horizontally across the chest of the jersey. The green and gold bands are repeated on the legends of the Australian Champion bibshorts. The kit is the same fro both the men's and women's teams.
