About the Design
The 2018 BMC kit has maintained the strong brand and colour palette of red, black and white, however this year, due to the addition of the new sponsor Sophos, blue has been introduced to the colour palette. A blue collar detail with the Sophos name and a blue panel on the rear of the bibshorts has been added to the kit for 2018. The BMC branding of the red geometric shape on a black background with white lettering still dominates the kit.
The other main change to the kit for 2018 was the addition of a largely black left shoulder and sleeve. The Assos logo is rendered in white on the black shoulder and upper chest panel. The right shoulder remains red with logos rendered in white on this red panel. The TAG Heuer logo is still rendered on white panels on the sleeves of the jersey. The BMC kit has mostly remained "clean" of sponsors but with the addition of Sophos and TAG Heuer the kit has more visible deviations from the BMC branding.
