About the design

The 2014 Garmin Sharp team design continued to build a variation of last seasons design theme. The colour palette remained the same. The argyle detail was kept but the configuration of the diamonds changed to a single row of blue diamonds in a lighter shade of blue.

The other major difference in the 2014 design was the replacement of the black band from the front, back and side panels of the jersey with white panels. As a result the Garmin name was rendered in black instead of last years white colour. The ends of the sleeves this season were red and white as opposed to last seasons' red and blue sleeve ends.

The sponsorship did change a little for the team in 2014 but the names and logos were rendered similarly and for the most part white. The logos on the upper chest no longer had the dark blue stroke around the lettering. The Baracuda logo which was quite interesting and provided a nice design detail to the front of the previous seasons' jersey was absent from the front of the jersey in 2014.

The bibshorts design remained largely unchanged for the 2014 season retaining the solid black panels with blue bands around the legs. Sponsors names were rendered in similar places.
